Summary: This week, in a victory for the rule of law, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals refused to overturn the preliminary injunction placed on Obama’s immigration executive actions.  The Court also stated in the majority opinion that the Obama Administration “has not made a strong showing that it is likely to succeed on the merits” of its defense of Obama’s executive action. Glen also talks about the latest power grabs launched by President Obama’s EPA, the latest foreign policy headlines, and the latest economic headlines.
