Summary: We love nothing more than the challenge of taking family-favorite recipes and giving them a healthy and nutrient-rich makeover. Recently we teamed up with Holland House -- they make super-convenient, flavor-packed cooking wines and premium vinegars -- for a Meal Makeover Sweepstakes. A total of three winners will be selected this spring, and we'll work with each of them on their personal recipe makeover. Winner #1, Lolli, a mom of five from the DC area, was already announced and we chose her chicken cordon bleu recipe for our first "fix!"
