Summary: A brand new season of Forgotten Sounds Of The 80s kicks off in glorifying fashion. There’s a dive into some album tracks of the era, some long forgotten hits (obviously!) and some that just spark a wee memory here or there. Whatever you were doing in the eighties there are always some tracks you let slip from your mind. You might just find one or two of those here. There is Big Country, The Jam as well as Style Council, and Yazoo (AKA Yaz) for a start off; courteously helped along by The Beat, Luther Vandross, Ultravox, Chic, Aztec Camera and Kraftwerk. Countless others to brighten two hours and bring those recollections flooding in like hippies at a Mama’s and Papa’s concert.
