Hendrick's Gin Martinis 3 ounces Hendrick's Gin Pure and freezing cold. Pour 3 ounces Hendrick's Gin into a shaker half full of ice. Shake until outside appears frosty and pour into chilled martini glass. Garnish with a slice of cucumber and hear the angels sing. Estry's Pina Colada Lite 2 ounces coconut rum 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice 2 ounces fat free half and half Ice Combine ingredients in a blender and add ice until drink becomes slusy. Drink through a straw. Add Splenda to taste. This is a last resort drink that Estry whipped up because much to Eggs' and Kurt's amazement, she does not like The Gin.
