As a child Charmaine “Not So Sweet” Tweet asked for boxing videos from her parents, and received Sugar Ray Leonard fitness videos instead. Not finding what she was looking for, Tweet eventually joined up at Duke Roofus’ gym to box before falling in love with the martial arts. A world championship kickboxing career followed. Transitioning over to MMA, where she met Ronda Rousey her in her debut bout. Despite a storied kickboxing background, Tweet’s submission skills are world class, and she intends on using all her skill on her way to the top of the Invicta ranks. This will surely be Tweets toughest fight to date. She is going in as the underdog but as we all know, anything can happen inside the MMA cage.
