That's exactly what happened to <strong>Kelsey Crowe</strong>. When she was 21, Kelsey lost her mother and only known relative, to mental illness. Falling apart and losing your core, can be a tall order. This prompted her to write an instructional manual - and....thus <em>Help Each Other Out</em> was born.
