Summary: Can you think of a really good story? We, at Western, think the story of God's love, and specifically, the story of Jesus' birth is pretty incredible. We can't really top the Scripture story - so we just told it. The stories of Mary and Elizabeth, the Magnificat, the story of Mary and Joseph, and the story of the shepherds encounter with the angels - all comprise a magnificent story of the light and life of God coming into the world.
