It dawned on me, though, when I was talking to her that it is no longer about having the will not to fall into temptation; I truly do not want junk food.  And I am not having cravings, nor am I feeling deprived.  My mindset is different; it is no longer something I am forcing myself to endure.  Food is not on my mind 24 hours a day, and it's such a relief.
