What Does Ego Mean? With A Course in Miracles Lessons 331 to 340

EFT Radio show

Summary: Do some people have big egos? Are some people egoless? What are we perceiving or not perceiving in people when we answer “yes” to these questions? What does ego mean anyway? What we express witnesses to our thinking. Our thoughts will either reflect spirit or ego and will express love or fear. "To be egocentric is to be dis-spirited, but to be Self-centered in the right sense is to be inspired or in spirit." Pg. 52 Txt. The Voice for God or Holy Spirit, speaks the thoughts of God which are loving because they recognize that together we are one Self united in the Source of all creation and so, attack is impossible. The ego is the voice for a system of thought that is fearful because it represents the belief that we are self-created, separate body/egos that can attack, suffer and die. Only one thought system is real, the other illusion. Join with Eloisa Ramos as we explore, with the guidance of Lessons 331-340 the definition of ego and why the ego is insatiable and always wants more.  “The ego is idolatry;..." (pg. 467 Lessons). "An idol is a means for getting more. And it is this that is against God’s Will. God has not many Sons, but only One. Who can have more, and who be given less? For more than Heaven can you never have. " (pg. 621 Txt.).
