Celeste: Thanks Suzanne, I’m really happy to be here. Suzanne: Great! So Celeste you and I have known each other for several years and I first met you in a context of coaching for Total Immersion Swimming. How long have you been a total immersion coach ? Celeste: It’s been ten years since I did my certification at Total Immersion back in early 2000. Suzanne: Was that your first coaching certification or had you been doing other coaching up to that point? Celeste: I can’t quite remember which came first my TI coaching or my USA Triathlon coaching. I kind of  think I did the Total Immersion first and then went to the USAT Certification Suzanne: At that point were you already working with athletes, or were you racing on your own? Celeste: I’ve been racing at that time for about ten years myself.
