Episode 121// Truth & Bravery

WILDCAT YOGA CLUB show

Summary: In this episode, we talk about Satya// Truth. Satya is one of the yamas on the eight-limbed path of yoga as described by Patanjali. Aligning with truth/honesty/integrity requires bravery, so we support our practice with some inner fine-tuning: pranayama (breath energy work), abhaya mudra (i am not afraid) and some deeply supportive movements. This is what my friend Meghan calls "next-level yoga". It is slow and subtle. It is suitable for all levels of practice and if you find yourself feeling bored, anxious, mad or blissed-out, you are onto something!Thank you for being here.LOVE.News//Are you looking to take your yoga practice to the next level?
