I was just thinking...Drug War, Shock Doctrine and Ferguson, Missouri

Summary: There is a phenomenon in the life of human beings where some of us do not look at the past in order to see the threads leading to the present and the future. When a child burns their hand on the stove that should tell them to be careful around that appliance and more specifically around fire. The fire is unemotional, it does not have a trigger for right and wrong and fire can be used and controlled to our benefit.  The fire of white supremacy and its destructive heat is emotional and the trigger is our very existence. The difference is we know the fire can be good for warmth, cooking, watching and we see that to a point we can control the efficacy of the fire to a point.  Contrary to this is the idea we can’t control the racism and sexism like turning on an off a flame on a stove. It is almost like amnesia when it comes to our pain. We don’t believe that we, as human being can perpetually be abused by the other based on how they falsely see us, we don’t see that hate is at the core of this debate.
