Dynamo away woes versus home joy, Dash notch historic first win and more!

Generation Orange: A Dynamo Podcast show

Summary: Houston Dynamo away woes continue with an absolute battering 4-0 from New York Red Bulls. Injuries have kept Brad Davis out of the lineup, and a very controversial red card kept Kofi Sarkodie out. Warren Creavalle looked outmatched against Thierry Henry in New York. Houston Dynamo at home, however, are a completely different story. They look great, play great and seem to keep their minds about them. Houston Dash notched their first win against Boston Breakers this past week. It was a historic win, even if they gave up an early goal via a defensive mistake. Teresa Noyola stepped in for injured Brittany Bock and grabbed herself a brace, while the inaugural goal came from Ella Masar. Injuries may be a big concern as Brittany Bock had surgery on her meniscus and will be out the season, and Kealia Ohai didn't travel with the team. Ella Masar also picked up a thigh injury, straining it during play, but is expected to play. The Lamar Hunt US Open Cup this year has changed a couple of rules in an attempt to get more Major League Soccer clubs putting an emphasis on playing well. Will this help Dominic Kinnear actually play starters, or will we once again see substitutes and recalled loanees? Also, an update from the loanees at Pittsburgh Riverhounds. We'll discuss how Michael Lisch, Anthony Arena and Jason Johnson look, while contemplating the interesting tidbit of Bryan Salazar on the bench instead of not suiting up at all.
