In April 2014, In April 2014, news broke that he was bidding farewell to the magazine’s newsroom and moving on to MTV.</p><p>When Richard Turley joined the magazine in 2010, his mission was nothing less than to reinvent it. In this video, possibly his last interview as Creative Director of Bloomberg Businessweek, Gestalten.tv captures some of his greatest work and the thinking behind the design of the publication. He talks about how he and his team translate the complex, button-down, data-driven world of business, politics, and economics into an endlessly surprising visual package of bold provocative designs—spurring the imagination and mood of the nation every week.
