Summary: Man paralyzed during CrossFit workout   Denver, Colorado CrossFit athlete/coach Kevin Ogar was performing "the snatch", a movement that has become a CrossFit staple. During this lift, Ogar suffered a severe injury that has now left him paralyzed from the waist down. Kevin and his training buddies have proclaimed this to be a "freak accident". They have refused to hold the sport of CrossFit responsible.
