And that's the idea behind the <a href="http://www.shiningcare.org/gatekeepers/" target="_blank"><strong>Shasta County Gatekeeper</strong></a> program: businesses are trained to recognize the signs of seniors at risk. The Gatekeepers program is among several joining forces for a symposium on elder financial exploitation coming to Redding. We explore the issues with a couple of experts. </p>
