Summary: Our sister station, Autism and Scouting Radio recently hosted an inspirational interview with Joey Schadler, a new Eagle Scout from Mississippi who self-identifies on the autism spectrum with Asperger Syndrome. Karen at Autism Empowerment Radio has invited Joey on air today to share with our listeners about his journey on the road to Eagle Scout. Joey overcame a lot of challenges within his scout troop as well as within himself in order to advance through the Cub Scout and Boy Scout ranks. One of the biggest challenges he overcame was bullying.
