They have extensions which means you can customize the system to meet your website needs. If you have more than five? It's a one time fee. $24. That's not a month. That's a flat $24. Now the support and updates you will have to renew each year, but even if its $24 a year. THAT'S A BARGAIN. They have a full set of documentation (http://MainWP.com/aff/mainwp.php?id=226&url=6) in the event you get stuck. Calendly Free Scheduling Tool In the past I've used Vcita.com, timetrade.com and when I saw Calendly.com and found out it was free I changed immediately. It syncs with your Google calendar (both ways) and you can set up different services. This was key for me.
