Summary: It ends up being another "I told you so" edition of real estate realities. Evictions are on the rise as property owners who turned to renting have seen their prices recover. This was a concern I shared more than a year ago as more and more organizations who had never been in the home renting business were entering into it because there was money to be made there. Of course, I am all for folks doing what they want with their investments, but remember, the government has FORCED many bulk purchasers of foreclosed homes to rent them for some period of time. In this weeks show we will revisit this and discuss the potential bottom falling out of the rentals market in some areas.
