GROK RADIO show

Summary: Welcome to another episode. Tonights guest is my good friend Chris Jones of Call To Glory and now The Heroes, formerly Bar Room Heroes. Chris Jones: "I got into Punk rock when I was 13 years old, back in 1984. I was angry, confused and messed up. My life was all about getting high, getting drunk and doing whatever. I started playing guitar and singing at 15, the same time I went to jail for the first time. The next 15 years were spent in and out of prison. I always believed in God, I just didn't know him. My moment of clarity came to me, one more time, in jail. I realized that this was the best I could do on my own. I realized that there was one thing I hadn't tried. I remember all of the rehabs I went to talking about God and a Spiritual program. I prayed to God that day and I told Him I was done, but I needed His help through this. Well, I sobered in a 12 step program and did exactly what they told me to do. Four years later, I came home from work and my wife was praying with my kids at the dinner table. It toook ,e back, and she asked me to go to Church with her. God really spoke to me that day. God really touched me that day. God really changed me that day. I gave my life to Jesus Christ and a whole side of God that I had never experienced was shown to me. I have never been the same. In Fact, I'm changing constantly, and Jesus is healing me and giving me breakthroughs in my life and the lives of my family. PRAISE THE LORD! The deeper I go, the more dependent I am on Him! I love Jesus and I will serve Him for eternity!
