Summary: As AV integrators we pride ourselves with a dedication to knowing the technology and the correct ways to accomplish our tasks. We study for our certifications and keep aware of the electrical codes but sometimes we do things we know are against the rules to expedite the completion of a job. This short term gain can hide serious dangers not just to the AV but the whole installation.
