In this weeks episode Richard talks about a little technique picked up from Lisa Nichols in her book "No Matter What" Put simply self-esteem is your opinion of yourself. Good self-esteem means that you know that you're not perfect, but that it doesn't matter. It helps you to move on after mistakes and gives you strength to make difficult decisions. Low self-esteem, where your opinion of yourself is low, prevents you from moving on after mistakes and creates a lack of trust in your ability to make decisions. So what can we do about it?
