Summary: St PAul exhorts Timothy to compete well for the faith by pursuing righteousness, devotion, faith, love, patience, and gentleness. Our life is a competition and i like to equate it to a triathlon, where there are multiple stages we must embrace. Being Christian is truly a "cross-training" endeavor daily.
