Rush, Ph.D., is Professor of Anthropology at Sierra College, Rocklin, California, teaching Physical Anthropology and Magic, Witchcraft, Myth, and Religion. Rush is also a retired Clinical Anthropologist and Medical Hypnotherapist in private practice from 1972 to 2008.
