Summary: This is the second in a series of videos describing the roles of crewmembers aboard the BMW ORACLE America's Cup Racing Yacht. In this episode, we hear from another member of the Afterguard, Sten Mohr, the boat's Tactician. His primary job is to recommend to the helmsman when to jibe (turn away from the wind) or tack (turn into the wind) so the boat travels the most effective course to the next racing mark. Sten is a Danish match racing veteran ranked highly by the International Sailing Federation (ISAF). He was the first European to be ranked as the number one match racer.
