Summary: Hi again, Day 26 and Darn Keto - I am up by .7Kg (1.5 pound) since yesterday. Total weight loss is now 5.5 Kg (just over 12 pounds). In todays video I discuss reasons for weight gain on keto and talk about a few websites than can be useful for you to be checking your calories in as well as macro's (percentages of fat/protein and carbs). The tracking site that most keto users seem to recommend is this one: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/ But bear in mind it is not specifically configured towards Keto, rather its a general website for weight loss/calorie counting. As such it needs to be configured for Keto. Luckily there is a site I found that shows step by step how to do this. http://cavemanketo.com/configuring-mfp/ Also there is mention of a script to help tracking net carbs, etc on the above page - I could not get that to active, but managed to find the script here. http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/1...
