Veteran broadcaster Jeff Dooley of the New Britain Rock Cats stops in from Spring Training and talks about Oswaldo Arcia, Alex Meyer and how the last Twins player before Aaron Hicks to jump Triple-A was a guy named Mauer. The Sacramento River Cats (read: not RiverCats) are up to some shenanigans and we are almost a week away from the MILB season. Teams should have Rosters by April 1st or 2nd.
