60 minute Level-1 Gentle Class: Lower-Back Love

Summary: Hi - this is the first class to be published. It is suitable for beginners and Thrivers It would be good to follow this class directly with Non-digital Alternate Nostril Breathing to complete the relaxation at the end, as we lost the audio with about 3 minutes to go. To do this podcast you will need: a yoga mat, a block or a cushion, possibly a belt to assist with the quad stretch and to hold if you can't interlock your hands behind your back for the chest release.
