Summary: I've been working on Taste the Rainbow. I'm doing a lot of straight line quilting using my walking foot. Haven't done that in a while and I'm surprised how much less thread I use, than when I free motion quilt. The triangle ruler I used to cut out my patches for Taste the Rainbow is an old Omnigrid ruler that says "Mary Doheny 1988" on it! I'm also done with the latest jelly roll race that's not a jelly roll quilt. I pulled strips from my scraps, all different lengths. I like the effect. I hope you enjoy this short episode. I had a lot to talk about but it all sort of flew out my head the minute I started recording. Go Figure!
