Summary: Today on The Kim Brown Show: It's graduation season! Time for the class of 2013 to get their celebrity commencement speech, get their proverbial pat on the tush, and head out into the world.  The Obamas were on the commencement speech circuit, and they both addressed historically black colleges and universities (HBCU's).  Michelle stayed local and spoke at Bowie State University, while the President traveled to Morehouse College in Atlanta.  These speeches raised a good opportunity to analyze how the Obamas speak to black America.  The President has been criticized (justifiably) for not specifically addressing issues affecting black America, while taking the time to write executive orders that overwhelmingly assist Latinos and offering verbal support for the gay community. Obama received over 90% of the black vote in 2008 and 2012.  What did black America gain for its  unilateral support for the first black President of the United States?  From what I can tell, not much.  Is it too late for the black community to hold Obama accountable? Also, there's a governor's race in Virginia.  Both candidates are kinda meh, but the Republican ticket got a dash of crazy from a black conservative.  Bishop E.W. Jackson is the nominee for Lieutenant Governor, behind the very scary Ken Cuccinelli, and on behalf of liberals, we THANK the GOP for selecting these frightening gentlemen.  In case you haven't heard the good Bishop's word, uh...here ya go?
