Summary: What do we desire in terms of an inheritance? I cannot help it and I'm sure that you'd be sympathetic to this... when I think of an inheritance I think of a house, money, security, an inheritance that solved all my problems. That's a human thought. But God has so much more for us. As followers of Jesus Christ, pray instead for an inheritance that makes a difference. The Bible says in the Psalms, "I will proclaim the LORD's decree: He said to me, "You are my son; today I have become your father. Ask me, and I will make the nations your inheritance, the ends of the earth your possession."Ask God for nations of saved souls. Why not? Ask God for the kind of inheritance that will make a lasting difference for eternity.As you faithfully work to reach your world, God will bless you beyond your wildest dreams.
