I’m going to be talking about the two things that can make sure that you improve your engagement with customers. Alright, so what are these two things? These two things, if you have them, will really help your business. Enter That Conversation In Your Customer’s Mind The first one is context. You need to know where people are up to. So when you start any marketing campaign or when you have any follow-up sequence, it really needs to be contextual where that customer is. I’ve also heard it called “Entering the conversation going on in the customer’s mind.” Focus On Solving A Problem That Your Customers Have The second thing is relevance. You need to be relevant. If you’re trying to solve a problem that the customer does not have, then you are irrelevant.
