Summary: Our April Artcast features three distinct voices speaking about the work of architect Lebbeus Woods: Los Angeles-based architect Thom Mayne; science fiction scholar and Bay Area artist Anthony Discenza; and Woods himself, in audio from a lecture he gave at the California College of the Arts in 2006. Sadly, Woods passed away last year, but his vast and innovative body of work continues to shape the field of architecture. An exhibition of his drawings and models will be on view at SFMOMA through June 2, 2013. Each SFMOMA Artcast brings you illuminating audio and video interviews with artists, curators, and visitors as they respond to the works on view and in the museum's collection.
