Summary: "We're in the Lord's Army, yes sir!" It may be a simple children’s song, however, the analogies to being in the Lord’s army and the military are striking. As followers of Jesus we will take up our weapon, the sword of the Spirit, against the enemy’s schemes that rob us of God’s rest and in all situations we must stand our ground.
