Summary: We use ques all the time for LFR, BGs, and dungeons. Its a great feature, but just like everything else in the game everyone has "suggestions" on how to make it better. Sigmandis rants about how people need to stop pretending to be software engineers with their "estimates" on how long it would take to implement a feature.
