Summary: And now ... a message from our BCH Resident, Ed Marco: So on the 12th of December last year, I was invited to play along side Sista Stroke and MrHun as part if their 12/12/12 party spanning 12 hours on CHFM, including the BCH and Jackumentary shows. Little did I know that playing along side this hero and heroin of mine, would lead to me being asked to become a BCH resident the next day. I was so honoured to be invited to join this prestigious family and looked forward to being able to “do my thang” for the BCH fam. After returning from my 5 years of Fiasco US tour on the 7th of April, I was desperately looking forward to getting back on he CHFM airwaves, so was over the moon when Sista Stroke asked me to cover her show on the 10th. I was all ready at 7pm to rock our for two hours, with some of my favourite deep funk tracks (old and new) and at 8:15pm, I got a PM from Mr Hun asking if I would like to cover his show too. YAAAAASSSS!!! I thought, four hours of live uninterrupted housey goodness. At this point, I decided to change to game plan, by pulling out a load of other tracks and my 3rd CDJ to throw in to the mix. It was great to have so many of my favourite familiar faces in the chatroom and even more exciting to have a couple of CHFM newby’s in there too, popping their CHFM cherry’s. The recording we have here is of the last two hours which was when the three deck action got started. Huge love to everyone who tuned in live and of course to Mr Hun and Sista Stroke for having me.
