Summary: I carried and shot a .40 for years. I wish I had a round count of the number of .40 rounds I have put down range. I have no doubt that it is the caliber that I have the most experience with. This is just one of the good reasons I had to shoot .40 at the time and you might have some good reasons to carry a .40 right now. My point of today's podcast is not to disparage the .40. There are plenty of reasons why someone should carry a .40, there just aren't enough of those reasons that apply to me to make a .40 a good idea.
