Yesterday we implemented a fix that makes sure that all players have the correct, up-to-date subscription status. Before yesterday's fix, some players may have received additional VIP access incorrectly. VIP access will be dropped for these players, as it should not have been available in the first place. If you unexpectedly lost VIP access yesterday or today, please check your bank statement and make sure that your most recent VIP payment went through. After checking, if you believe you have the wrong account access level, please contact Account Support and they will be happy to investigate further. Did you Know From Rose: Did you know that there was search functionality hooked up in game to let you search through your bag space? I've played LOTRO for over 5 years...and I JUST discovered that you can search your bag space.  Can't find that item you just picked up or your crafting bit?  Search for it. How do you do it? Just to the left of the X that closes the window for your bag there is a small icon for a magnifying glass...click on it and that triggers the "find items" interface.  Now you can type in the new window the name or partial name of items and you can help find things in your bags. A small did you know this week. I have people logging in my kin.
