Summary: Get Fit Pod #205 Walk It Off Jog 1: Walk 1 After a nice warm up you will be lightly jogging for 1 minute at 140 bpm then walking for 1 minute at 120 bpm and repeat it 10 times. This is called interval training. Think of it like a sampler platter. Sample a bit of jogging and walking. GFP #205 Jog 1 Walk 1 is great to build endurance and also burn fat! If you can chat a bit while lightly jogging you are not overdoing it. If you are having trouble catching your breath on the jogging intervals, skip that interval and join in on the next one.
