This 30 minute HIIT workout is gonna give it to ya! 7 rounds of 1 minute intervals at 100% maximum effort while cranking up the elevation on the treadmill! Then recover with 2 minutes at 50-60% maximum effort. The trick is to keep speed the same on the intervals as the recovery. We are working the incline only to get your booty burnin'. If you don't have access to a treadmill then run outside in a hilly area and work those hills on the intervals. If that isn't possible either, then find a big stairwell (for example in a hotel, stadium, or a tall building) and run up the stairs on the intervals and walk down the stairs on the recovery.
