The Ms. Boss Show Nancy Rossman On Marketing Your Book

The Ms. Boss Show show

Summary: Nancy Rossman has been a story teller her entire life. Her Southern heritage and an appreciative audience helped her to hone her skills. In 1999 she began in earnest to study writing and attend writers’ workshops to develop her skill more thoroughly. Over the years she has studied at Centrum and Tin House with Alan Furst, Dorothy Allison, Valerie Miner, Abigail Thomas, and Ann Hood. In 2001 she won first place in a new talent contest by the Phoenix Writer’s Group for “Matchmaker, Retired.” In 2003 she won second place with “More About Joe” in a contest sponsored by Women Writers of the Desert. As much as fiction interests her, the memoir genre is the most fascinating. In 2004, with the help and encouragement of her mother, she tackled her mother’s story, First Love Last Dance. The Ms. Boss Show is a weekly show hosted by Audrey Bell-Kearney and Georgette Taylor profiling successful entrepreneurs and business experts
