After helping to solve the 26-year-old rape and murder of her college roommate,Angie Samota, this Tennessee mother, Sheila Wysocki is working to prevent others from a similar fate. This led to Sheila creating the non-profit, “Without Warning. Org: Fight Back,” which teaches self defense, prevention and awareness in protecting yourself. Sheila works on cold cases both locally and nationally including missing persons, rapes, and murders. In just the past six months, Sheila has solved over 10 cold cases. It required becoming a private investigator, overcoming dyslexia and breaking through an unhelpful Dallas police department, but persistence paid off, and Sheila is hoping to prevent others from experiencing a similar fate as her friend.
