We should not fear death itself but rather dying in Egypt. If we die on the way to the Promised Land, having come out of Egypt, we will not dread our bodily death. Thus, Egypt is a place to leave behind...to drown in the Red Sea so that we may be possessed by God in the Promised Land...we in turn possess Him.
