Summary: After an education in organizational behavior at Brigham Young University, Phil Ungricht took his first job with the Hudson’s Bay Company in Canada. In 1984 Phil left The Bay and co-founded a company called Full Court Financial. Full Court Financial specialized in pension and profit sharing plans for small businesses all across the United States. In 1989 Phil was invited to speak on the American Business Seminars lecture circuit, where he quickly became one of their most sought after speakers. Phil found his forte in presenting and training large groups at American Business Seminars and has continued as one of the nation’s top presenters for a number of lecture circuits such as Profit Education Systems, Business Opportunity Seminar Systems, Storesonline, The Enlightened Wealth Institute, The Learning Annex, and Evolution Group. He has spoken and trained all over the world in five different countries on three different continents. He has shared the stage with such notables as T. Harv Ecker, Robert Allen, Mark Victor Hansen, Marshall Sylver, and Donald Trump and was part of the world renowned faculty of Ilearning Global.
