Summary: Jonathan Bender was selected 5th overall in the 1999 draft out of high school by the Indiana Pacers but was traded on draft day to the Toronto Raptors for Antonio Davis. The seven footer that was hyped for his size, athleticism and all around skill but saw limited time during his seven years with the Pacers because of a persistent sore knee that forced him to retire in 2005.
