Ahmet Atasever; Australia’s best kept secret unleashed. Claiming number 25 in the Australian ITM50 DJ poll he is definitely becoming one of the established stars in the Australian DJ Scene. Having spent early days in his career working behind Matt Darey and managing his label Darey Products, as well as his media affairs. Ahmet has moved on to become an icon himself creating his own sound and style through his productions and his podcast ‘Voyage to Valinor’. Ahmet quickly made his way into the scene both nationally and internationally. Playing for world-renowned brands including, Sensation, Trance Energy, Gatecrasher, Godskitchen & Slinky not only in Australia but also abroad in China, Hong Kong & New Zealand. Supporting such acts as Cosmic Gate, Eddie Halliwell, Andy Moor, John O’Callaghan, Solarstone, Matt Darey, Roger Shah, M.I.K.E., John ‘OO’ Fleming, Wippenberg, Robbie Nelson, Signum, Marcel Woods, Sean Tyas, Mark Norman, Tenishia, Jon O’Bir, Mike Foyle, Lange, Bart Claessen, Terry Ferminal & Lisa Lashes just to name a few. It is clear as to why Ahmet has been the choice to play along side many internationals through out Australia with Roger Shah claiming Ahmet’s warm up to be “the best warm up set he’s ever heard”.

‘Voyage to Valinor’ Ahmet’s podcast which started in October 2008 has gained popularity at an amazing rate. With over 1500 subscribers in such a short period of time, his unique style brought forward in his podcast has gained more popularity through out the years. With such a unique sound and style, broadcasters such as BAM Radio and ODU FM were quick to add the show to their roster.
 Ahmet’s talents extend beyond the decks and into the studio where he has been working hard on several productions including signing his first official release to ‘Andromedia Recordings’.  From there he has gone on to do numerous remixes released on 405 Recordings, and his latest project catching the ear of Paul Webster who will be signing Ahmet’s latest work to his label “Vibrate Sounds”.

The future holds no boundaries for Ahmet as he enters the next stage of his musical career. His passion for dance music has brought him this far and there is nothing short of a bright future ahead for this young DJ/Producer.
