Summary: Today Brannon plays a convicting message by Michael Furchert. Michael was raised behind the Berlin Wall in Communist East Germany. Michaels grandfather was a pastor in Germany during the rise of Hitler and he lost his church. Later when it was discovered he was teaching a Bible study, he was shipped off to war. Michaels father lost his job under the regime of Communist East Germany because of his Christian testimony. With this as the backdrop, Michael calls the church in America to stop relying on politics to change our nation but to actively proclaim the gospel and live out our Biblical worldview regardless of living under freedom or tyranny. Michael reminds us that all of these earthly kingdoms will fall and Gods Kingdom will never end and it is the defense of the gospel and the church that counts and not a political agenda.
