Ikenson is the coauthor of book Antidumping Exposed: The Devilish Details of Unfair Trade Law. “The U.S. and China together have brought 18 cases to the WTO… (but) there have been around 54 cases between the US and Europe at the WTO. So I don’t think these actions necessarily reflect a deterioration of relationship as much as a late maturing of the relationship.” - Dan Ikenson
