Summary: With treadmill workouts, our trainers will be playing with speed and incline levels. These workouts are for all level athletes - beginner, intermediate and advanced. These workouts will ensure your time on the treadmill to be more fun & effective and it the same time we'll help you push yourself more to by guiding you through walking, jogging, running and sprinting.

This treadmill workout will really make you push yourself. You will have walking, jogging and sprinting intervals. The max incline we'll go to will be 3 and max speed would 8/9.
This treadmill workout includes changing of speed and incline every minute. The highest incline level we'll go to will be 10 and the highest speed would be 7.
This treadmill workout has various speed and incline intervals. The workout will make your legs burn as the max speed we'll go to would be 6 and highest incline level would be 10.
This workout is for beginners to get into doing long workouts on the treadmill. This workout involves walking, jogging, running and sprints. We will be doing three rounds of it.
For all beginners, this is a great workout for you to get used to of the treadmill. In the workout, we'll progress from walking to jogging to running, and the challenge of the workout is its duration.
