Abs Workout
Summary: Ab workouts will help you strengthen your core and also help you loose through extra inches from your belly. The exercises there will be are all bodyweight exercises, need no equipments and the workouts have been designed by our trainers for all level athletes. Our trainers will coach you through the workouts to ensure you maintain correct form during the exercises push yourself to your max for maximum results.

This intermediate level will work on both upper and lower core. The exercises we will do are mountain climbers, leg raises, plank dips and half burpees.
This workout is an EMOM with a variation in it. As we progress in the workout, we will be increasing the duration of effort and reducing rest. The exercises we will be doing are moutain climbers, crunches and plank dips.
Perfect example to short, intense and effective. It's a 9 minute AMRAP with four exercises, sit-ups, high knees, leg raises and mountain climbers. You'll definitely be pushing yourself in this and will feel amazing after.
